### What to Anticipate in the Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
During this session, we will smoothly transition through a variety of hip mobility sequences, ensuring that the movement remains fluid for most of the class. At the conclusion, we will decelerate with a few static stretches. If you choose to use this class as an extended warm-up or as the precursor to a more comprehensive strength workout, feel free to omit the static holds at the end.
