#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring that the movement flow remains continuous. As we approach the end, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re using this session as a warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength training workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your energy going.

Mobility exercises are crucial for maintaining your body’s optimal functioning and avoiding injuries. Furthermore, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll likely experience improved performance in your other workouts as well.
