#### What to Expect in the Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we will flow seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring continuous movement throughout. Toward the conclusion, we will integrate a few static stretches to enhance the mobility work. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or as the beginning of a longer strength workout, feel free to omit the static holds at the end.
Mobility work is essential for keeping the body functioning optimally and avoiding injuries. Additionally, as your mobility improves, you’re likely to experience better performance in your other workouts too.
