#### What to Expect in the Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, maintaining dynamic movement throughout. Near the conclusion of the class, we’ll integrate several static stretches to deepen the engagement. However, if you’re utilizing this session as a prolonged warm-up for a more extensive strength workout, I suggest avoiding the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for more vigorous activity.
Mobility exercises are crucial for keeping your body functioning at its best and preventing injuries. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you may notice improved performance in your other workouts as well.
