### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we will transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring continuous movement all the way through. Towards the end, we will include a few static stretches. Should you be using this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more intensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
