You can also use this session as a warm-up or as the initial segment of an upper body strength workout. If utilizing it as a warm-up, just omit the static stretch at the end to keep your muscles primed for additional activity.

– A kitchen towel or yoga strap (a yoga strap is preferable if your shoulders are particularly tight).

This 22-minute sequence is crafted to enhance shoulder mobility while also promoting thoracic spine movement, back strengthening, and chest expansion. The class keeps you engaged through a variety of mobility movements, concluding with just one static stretch.
