#### Class Expectations
During this session, we’ll flow smoothly from one hip mobility routine to the next, maintaining a continuous movement throughout the class. Towards the end, we’ll add a few static stretches to complete the routine. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the conclusion.
Working on mobility is crucial to keeping your body moving efficiently and avoiding injuries. Furthermore, as your mobility improves, you’ll likely see better performance in your other workouts.
