### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

During this class, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring the body remains in motion continuously. Towards the end, we’ll introduce a few static stretches to enhance the effectiveness of the session. However, if you plan to use this class as a warm-up for a longer strength training session, I suggest omitting the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles ready for action.

Mobility exercises are crucial for sustaining a body that performs optimally and remains free from injuries. As you work on your mobility, you may find improved performance in your other workouts as well.
