### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

This session will involve a continuous flow transitioning from one hip mobility routine to another. Toward the end, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of an extended strength routine, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion.

Engaging in mobility work is essential for keeping your body functioning at its best and preventing injuries. As your mobility improves, you’ll likely see better performance in your other workouts.
