### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this class, we’ll glide smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, maintaining constant movement all the way through. Towards the end, we’ll ease into a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.

Mobility exercises are crucial for keeping your body working at its best and minimizing the risk of injury. Additionally, as your mobility improves, you’ll probably notice a boost in your performance during other workouts too.
