#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
During this class, we will smoothly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another, keeping the body engaged continuously. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches to deepen our practice. However, if you’re using this class as a warm-up for an extended strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end so your muscles stay ready for action.
Engaging in mobility work is crucial for sustaining a body that operates at its best and remains free from injuries. Moreover, as you enhance your mobility, you are likely to experience improved performance in your other workouts as well.
