#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, keeping a steady flow throughout. Towards the end, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as a longer warm-up or at the start of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion.
Mobility training is essential for maintaining your body in optimal condition and avoiding injuries. Furthermore, as your mobility improves, you’ll probably see better performance in your other workouts as well.
