### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we will transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another, keeping the body in constant motion. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. However, if you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength training session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles warm and prepared for more vigorous activity.
