#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility series to another, ensuring the body stays active throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in some static stretches to intensify the experience. However, if you’re utilizing this class as a prolonged warm-up or the beginning of an extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
