### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
During this class, we’ll move fluidly through a variety of hip mobility exercises, ensuring continuous movement. Near the end, we’ll switch to some static stretches. If you plan to use this session as a warm-up for a longer strength workout, I suggest bypassing the static holds at the end.
