#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to the next, ensuring the body stays active throughout. Toward the end, we’ll include a handful of static stretches. If you’re using this session as a prolonged warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength routine, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your flow.
Mobility training is crucial for sustaining a body that operates at its best and remains free from injury. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you may notice improved performance in your other workouts.
