#### What to Anticipate in the Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
During this class, we will transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to the next, ensuring a fluid and engaging workout. Towards the conclusion, we will add a few static stretches to enhance the mobility work. However, if you’re planning to use this class as a warm-up for a longer strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for movement.
