### What to Expect in the Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring continuous movement throughout the class. Towards the end, we’ll ease things down with some static stretches. If you’re using this class as a warm-up or at the beginning of a longer strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.
Mobility work is crucial for keeping your body operating at its best and avoiding injuries. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably see improved performance in your other workouts.
