### What to Anticipate in the Glutes + Hip Mobility Class
In this class, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring constant movement. Near the end of the session, we’ll add a few static stretches to complete the experience. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength training routine, you’re welcome to skip the static holds at the conclusion.
