### Class Expectations
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to the next, maintaining a continuous flow of movement throughout. Towards the end, we’ll ease into a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a prolonged warm-up or the beginning of an extended strength session, you’re welcome to skip the static holds at the conclusion.
