### What to Anticipate in This Class
During this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to the next, ensuring a continuous flow of movement throughout the class. Towards the conclusion, we’ll take it down a notch with some static stretches. If you’re using this class as a longer warm-up for a strength workout, feel free to bypass the static holds at the end.
Mobility work is crucial for maintaining your body’s optimal function and minimizing injury risk. Moreover, as your mobility improves, you may find your performance in other workouts improving as well—it’s a win-win!
