#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
During this class, we will smoothly transition from one hip mobility exercise to another. Near the end, we’ll add in a couple of static stretches. If you choose to use this class as a warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength training routine, I suggest skipping the static holds toward the end.
Engaging in mobility work is essential for preserving a body that operates efficiently and avoids injuries. Moreover, as your mobility improves, you may find that your performance in other workouts becomes even better.
