### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
During this session, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility routine to another. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add some static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extensive warm-up or the beginning of a more prolonged strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds.
Mobility training is crucial for keeping a body that operates at its best and remains free from injuries. As you work on your mobility, you’ll likely see improved performance in your other workouts too.
