### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another. Towards the conclusion, we’ll integrate some static stretches. However, if you’re using this class as a prolonged warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
