In this class, we will transition seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring consistent movement throughout. Towards the conclusion, we will ease into a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as a warm-up for an extended strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
