#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this class, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring that the body remains active the entire time. Near the end, we’ll introduce a few static stretches to intensify the work. However, if you’re using this class as a lengthy warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for movement.
Mobility training is crucial for sustaining a body that operates at its best and avoids injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you may observe improved performance in your other workouts too.
