### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility drill to another. Near the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as part of a warm-up for an extended strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.

Mobility exercises are essential for keeping your body functioning optimally and free from injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll also witness improved performance in your other workouts.
