#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll continually transition from one hip mobility movement to the next, keeping the flow dynamic throughout. As we near the conclusion, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re using this session as an extended warm-up or as the start of a more comprehensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your energy up.

Engaging in mobility work is essential for maintaining a body that operates effectively and remains injury-free. As you enhance your mobility, you might also observe improved performance in your other workouts.
