### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another. Toward the conclusion, we’ll include some static stretches. If you’re using this session as a primer for a more extended strength workout, I suggest bypassing the static holds at the end to ensure your body remains ready for movement.
