#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we will smoothly transition from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring the body remains in motion continuously. Towards the end, we will decelerate the pace with some static stretches. If you are utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for further action.

Mobility exercises are essential for sustaining a body that operates at its best and avoids injuries. Moreover, as you advance in your mobility, it’s likely you’ll see improved performance in your other workouts as well.
