#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we will flow seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another. Near the conclusion, we’ll integrate a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or at the start of a longer strength training workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
