### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

During this class, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility routine to the next, ensuring continuous movement throughout. Near the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as an extended warm-up or at the start of a longer strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for more activity.
