### What to Expect in the Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this class, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring the movement remains dynamic throughout. Towards the end, we’ll introduce a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or as the beginning of a longer strength session, I recommend omitting the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for more action.
