#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring continuous movement all the way through. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a longer warm-up or the beginning of an extended strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
Mobility exercises are vital for maintaining optimal body function and preventing injuries. As your mobility improves, you’re likely to see better performance in your other workouts too.
