### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll move seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another. Towards the conclusion, we’ll hold a few static stretches to enhance the effectiveness of our work. However, if you’re using this session as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
Mobility training is vital for keeping your body functioning optimally and free from injuries. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably notice improved performance in your other workouts too.
