#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Summary

In this session, we’ll move seamlessly from one hip mobility exercise to the next, keeping your body engaged the entire time. At the end, we’ll include several static stretches. If you’re using this class as a prolonged warm-up or at the start of a more extensive strength training session, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.

Engaging in mobility work is crucial for maintaining an optimally functioning body and preventing injuries. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably see better performance in your other workouts.
