In this session, we’ll smoothly transition from one hip mobility routine to the next, keeping the body in motion throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a warm-up for a more extended strength workout, I suggest bypassing the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
