#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this class, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring the body remains in motion. Toward the conclusion, we’ll introduce a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles engaged.
Mobility exercises are vital for preserving a body that functions at its best and remains injury-free. Moreover, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably see improved performance in your other workouts too.
