#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

During this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility series to another, maintaining constant movement throughout. Approaching the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or the start of a longer strength session, feel free to bypass the static holds at the conclusion.

Mobility training is essential for keeping a body that operates at its best and stays injury-free. As your mobility improves, you’ll probably see better performance in your other workouts as well.
