### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this class, we’ll flow smoothly through different sequences for hip mobility, ensuring the movement continues throughout. Towards the end, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or as a precursor to a more comprehensive strength workout, I recommend skipping the static holds at the conclusion.
