### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

During this session, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility routine to the next, keeping a constant flow throughout. Towards the end, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or as the start of a more intense strength workout, it’s best to skip the static holds at the conclusion.

Mobility training is essential for maintaining your body’s optimal function and injury prevention. Furthermore, as your mobility improves, you might observe better performance in your other workouts, too.
