#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we will move fluidly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring the body remains active throughout. Toward the conclusion of the class, we will introduce a few static stretches. However, if you’re utilizing this class as a warm-up for a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
