### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to the next, ensuring the body remains in motion throughout. Near the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.

Mobility exercises are essential for maintaining a body that operates at its best and avoids injury. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll likely see improvements in your other workouts.
