#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll smoothly transition from one hip mobility routine to another, maintaining fluid movement all the way through. Towards the conclusion of the class, we’ll integrate a few static stretches. However, if you’re utilizing this session as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength session, I suggest you forgo the static holds at the end.

Engaging in mobility work is essential for upholding a body that operates at its best and remains free from injuries. As you work on your mobility, you’ll also experience improved performance in your other workouts.
