### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another. Towards the conclusion, we’ll integrate some static stretches. If you plan to use this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of an extended strength training session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
