### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility exercise to another, keeping a continuous flow. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a prolonged warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength routine, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to maintain your muscles ready for further activity.
Mobility training is essential for ensuring your body operates optimally and avoiding injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably observe improved performance in your other workouts as well.
