### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll smoothly flow from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring the movement remains dynamic throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add a few static stretches to enhance the practice. However, if you’re using this session as a warm-up for a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
