#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

During this class, we’ll flow seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to another. Towards the end, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a warm-up for an extended strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
