#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll smoothly transition from one hip mobility exercise to the next. Towards the end, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or as the beginning of a more intensive strength routine, feel free to omit the static holds at the conclusion.
