#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

During this class, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another. Towards the end, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength routine, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for movement.

Mobility exercises are vital for sustaining a body that operates at its best and remains free from injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll also observe improved performance in your other workouts.
